Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
We are confident of the steps we have taken to ensure there is no modern slavery or human
trafficking at Kidsloop.
Kidsloop is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking within
its business and supply chain, across all sections of its businesses.
The business is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business relationships.
Kidsloop enforces various controls to ensure modern slavery and human trafficking is not
taking place anywhere across the business or within its supply chains.
All of Kidsloop’s operations are required to conduct supplier due diligence. Kidsloop’s
operating companies are required to provide assurances that there are no incidents of
modern slavery and human trafficking across the workforce.
As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk we sought the following assurances from
within the Kidsloop business:-
Employee assurance. Confirmation that appropriate right to work documentation is
obtained for all staff including temps, interns and business work placement staff, and that
working practices, and facilities could not expose Kidsloop to Modern Slavery liability.
Supplier assurance. For suppliers where the contract does not specifically stipulate the
suppliers’ compliance with the Modern Slavery legislation or if a supplier contract is not in
place the businesses may request confirmation that the supplier has undertaken steps to
ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking is not part of its business.
Whistleblowing. Any concerns regarding modern slavery and human trafficking within any
Kidsloop operations or supply chain should be reported as soon as possible to the Chief
Legal Officer or via the confidential speak-up facility.
Review. Kidsloop will review and update its approach to ensure that the business and its
supply chain is free from modern slavery and human trafficking.
